Attention friends/clients!
I am pleased to announce that I am making the transition into opening my very own shop, Ravenwood Collective, on 4519 Butler St. in Lawrenceville.
I know this is a bit sudden and unexpected, but the opportunity fell into my lap rather abruptly with a storefront opening up less than a block from my home, and I had to jump on it!
As you all may or may not know, I am going to be having a son in July, and finding out that I was pregnant has made me put my life and career into a new perspective. I believe this will be the absolute best thing for me to continue to make my clients my priority, as well have flexibility to raise my son.
In addition, I will have the opportunity to provide a shared artist space for people involved in other art mediums to be able to benefit from the space and awesome location. This has always been a dream of mine.
I will be spending the next few months remodeling the storefront and getting it ready to tattoo out of after my baby comes. If all goes well and I am able to have the tattoo space ready to properly tattoo out of, I may be able to squeeze in a few appointments for ongoing projects in June. Otherwise, I will resume scheduling everyone in September.
I am also going to be launching a kickstarter campaign, where I will be giving away tattoo time, new art prints, and any other perks I can come up with. I will be following up once I have more information on that as well.
